Group Meditation Schedule
 The guided meditation sessions are held at KC Kriya Yoga Center regularly.
These sessions are open to Kriyavans (members) only.

First Kriya Meditation - Every Sunday 10.00 AM and Thursday at 6.30 PM.

Second Kriya Meditation - Every Thursday 5.00 PM.
